The Airport Area Business Association (AABA)  serves as the communication link for its membership and associated partners by disseminating information through our luncheon meetings, special events, newsletter, and news bulletins via our E-Mail Exchange and fax link.

AABA represents its members’ interests in legislative issues, including state, federal and local regulations, with an emphasis on taxation, safety, security, property improvement, ecology, and area promotion matters that influence the local business climate.  In partnership with the cities of Oakland, Alameda and San Leandro, AABA is the voice of the Tri-Cities area.

AABA is an IRS tax-exempt status Section 501(c) 6 non-profit organization registered with the State of California.  A slate of officers and board members govern the organization, along with a paid executive director.  The organization’s charter is area development and business promotion.  AABA does not represent any one group nor is it a marketing or advertising arm of any member.
